It’s hard to believe Little People Big World parents Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff welcomed their baby boy Josiah Luke Roloff just over three months ago. To say Tori’s enjoying getting to know her new son is an understatement. The young mom constantly is sharing Josiah’s latest pictures and accomplishments.

Little People Big World mom of three Tori Rloff updated her fans and followers over the weekend to commemorate Joshiah’s first three months of life. It appears the baby brother of Jackson Roloff, age 5, and Lilah Roloff, age 2, might be running circles around his older siblings. Continue reading to learn what milestone Josiah Roloff hit a few weeks earlier than most infants his age.

Little People Big World: Josiah Roloff Growing Up Quickly

Little People Big World infant Josiah Roloff is growing up right in front of our eyes on Tori’s social media. Tori is great at keeping all her fans and followers in the loop on all things Josiah. This past weekend she shared his first three-month updates—no surprise to learn that Josiah, just like his older siblings, loves bath time.

Little People Big World’s newest arrival is now ‘tracking’. Babies should begin to follow moving objects with their eyes and reach for things at around three months of age. So Josiah is right on schedule with that essential skill. Without the ability to track moving objects, scan a room, or alternate fixation between various objects, a baby cannot expand their ability to take in information and further their development. Josiah is definitely on or ahead of schedule. Compared to his older siblings he’s developing at a faster rate than either.

LPBW: Is Tori Right…Did Josiah Roll Over?

Little People Big World star Tori Roloff shared a series of narrated videos of her infant son Josiah Roloff. In the short clips, we see Tori gushing over her baby boy “Si”. Clearly, she was enamored with love for her little boy. The videos show Josiah watching his momma clean while enjoying tummy time. you can see his strength as he’s trying hard to push himself up. In another video, you see the three-month-old responding to his mother’s voice especially when she says I love you. His little eyes light up and he coos.

However, it’s the very last video of baby Josiah that has the Little People Big World mom of three all a flutter. It shows Josiag pushing himself up with one of his little arms. After a few tries, he successfully rolls over. Tori captioned that video with this, “LOL that was on purpose, right???”. From the looks of the video, it does seem Josiah did in fact roll over. It could have been a fluke or the constant attempts at trying forced momentum to roll him over. See Josiah in action in video clip below.

Usually, most babies start rolling over as early as 4 months old. They will rock from side to side, a motion that is the foundation for rolling over. They may also roll over from tummy to back. At 6 months old, babies will typically roll over in both directions. Josiah may just be slightly ahead of his developmental timeline if indeed that wasn’t a one-time event. Still, it is an exciting time for Tori and Josiah. Now we wait patiently to see Josiah do it again sooner than later.
