’90 Day Fiance’ David & Annie Movin On Up – Buy Half Million Dollar Home

According to a deed obtained exclusively by In Touch, 90 Day Fiancé stars David and Annie Toborowsky purchased a gorgeous home in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

David & Annie Try To Expand Family

On their spinoff, David & Annie: After the 90 Days, which premiered in January 2022, David and Annie documented their travel to Annie’s native country to assist Amber and Jordan with the student visa process. Unfortunately, they found that the teenager’s student visas had been denied during the finale, which aired in February 2022, but the couple decided not to lose hope and to try again the following school year.

The pair previously resided in a Scottsdale, Arizona apartment. They were looking to become guardians of Annie’s 14-year-old brother, Jordan, and her 16-year-old cousin, Amber, from Thailand, and it appears like their new home will have more than enough space if they do expand their family.

A purchase price of $550,000 is indicated on the warranty deed only in the name of the Thailand native. The four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome boasts 20-foot high ceilings, a two-car garage, and a community pool, measuring 2,219 square feet.

The open floor plan features a kitchen with black cabinetry, granite countertops, and an island. The two-story house also has a spacious red-painted living room with a fireplace. The future bedroom of David and Annie will have a large closet and a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub.

During Hard Times Around The World Annie Stepped Up

Annie Suwan Toborowsky acquired a sewing machine and made hundreds of masks for those working on the front lines after the Pillow Talk actors stumbled across their new city during the pandemic.

“A local pharmacist messaged me on Instagram and asked if I could bring a couple masks over here.’ So I drove out from Old Town to Fountain Hills and fell in love,” David, 53, said in an interview with The Fountain Hill Times on May 6.

Asked if the couple are going to have children of their own Annie said in her confessional on the spinoff, “I thought, I want to have a baby, but right now, I’m not sure.”

David added, “I cannot have any more children, on my own, unless I have a vasectomy reversal.” For now it seems the 90 Day Fiance Couple are living the dream with their new spinoff named after them and now a new $550,000 home. Who knows what the future holds but right now it seems they gotta wear shades.
